<p>PURPOSE:To provide a machine for producing a rope, suitable for laying strands into many layers, quietly operable and having high reliability CONSTITUTION:This machine for producing a rope is obtained by fixing a stranding die 14 to an upper part and a flyer part (D) to a hollow driven pipe 13 rotated by a rotating and driving device, fixing a flyer part (F) to connecting arms 17 fixed to another stranding die 16 rotated by a rotating and driving device separate from the rotating and driving device, providing doors 18 through which an operator is capable of entering and emerging from an annular space part (E) in the upper base (1d) and interposingly installing rotating rollers 15 receiving a carrying load and two crossed annular circular loci for sliding guide pieces rotatably pivoted on two protruding shafts protrusively installed in each bracket to which the shaft end of each carrier 7 is attached between each flyer part and the base 11. The arrangement circle of the carriers and two annular circular loci have the same diameter and a triangle formed by the three centers is an isosceles triangle. A triangle formed by the three centers of each carrier shaft attached to each bracket and the two protruding shafts is the same shape and parallel to that of the isosceles triangle.</p> |
