LARGE QUANTITY FLOW REGULATING VALVE CHARGEABLE WITH PRESSURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a flow regulating valve which can be chargeable with pressure, by providing a constant quality jetting structure and forming a passage for charging with pressure between the lower face part of the structural part fitted to the inside of a cap and the upper end of the valve housing of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A flow regulating valve is provided with a structural part fitted inside a mounting cap 1 forming a passage 4 for charging with pressure of a pressurized gas, a valve housing 2 fitted thereto, a valve stem, and a support structure of the valve stem. A short cylinder 14 placed with the bottom up of the suppot structural part of valve stem is closely fitted to the upper part of the valve housing 2 and a long cylindrical part 12 with a small diameter for constant discharge is provided downward at the lower center of the massive part of the valve stem 7. A constant discharge opening 16 is formed at the lower part of the long cylindrical part 12. A coil spring 5 is fitted in the valve housing 2 and the upper end thereof is fixed on the spring seat 8 at the lower end of the valve stem 7 to upward energize the valve stem.
