<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a polymer sheet simultaneously having various properties in the same sheet and capable of easily forming stripe patterns by constituting the polymer sheet of a plurality of bands extending in the longitudinal direction thereof and differentiating the properties of each band from those of the adjacent band. CONSTITUTION:In producing a polymer sheet, at first, a large number of polymeric material layers 1-n are laminated so that the mutually opposed surfaces 1'-n' of them are bonded to form a laminate block L. Next, the outer peripheral surface part of the laminate block L is cut in predetermined thickness to form a large number of sheet min. constitutional units a(1)-a(n). The side end surfaces of the sheet min. constitutional units a(1)-a(n) are mutually bonded at the same time to form the polymer sheet M as a whole. As a result, the polymer sheet M has the properties corresponding to those of the polymeric material layers 1-n of the laminate block L. Therefore, if the polymeric material layers 1-n different in properties are used, the polymer sheet M having a plurality of parts different in properties can be constituted.</p> |
