PURPOSE:To increase output power and improve the life of an optical window, by reducing the thickness of the optical window while maintaining the mechanical strength, and reducing the transmission loss of the optical window. CONSTITUTION:The title gas laser equipment consists of a laser tube 11 in which laser medium is sealed, optical windows 12, 13, and a resonator constituted of an output mirror 14 and a total reflection mirror 15 which oscillate laser light. Since the optical window has a semispherical shape, the thickness can be reduced as compared with a planar mirror. Thereby the loss in a resonator and the deterioration of the optical window can be restrained, and high output and long life are realized. |
