PURPOSE:To prevent the hot air from an extractor from being penetrated into a mill or roaster, and also prevent the roasted beans fallen and discharged from the roaster from being bridged near a port such as the funnel-like input port to the mill or a mill and extractor. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted in such a manner that crude beans are roasted according a predetermined order, the roasted beans are cooled, the cooled beans are milled, hot water is injected to the milled beans, and the resulting coffee solution is received by a coffee server 60. A mill and an extractor are arranged under a roaster 20 as an integrally constituted mill and extractor 40, and a temporary storing vessel 30 for temporarily storing the coffee beans is arranged between the mill and extractor 40 and the roaster 20. The beans fallen from the roaster 20 are received in the upward position of the opening 31a of the temporary storing vessel 30, and the beans are fallen and charged into the mill and extractor 40 from the opening 31a in the reversed downward position. |
