PURPOSE: To provide an offset printing press suitable for multipurpose printings, that is, for both of conventional printing and waterless offset printing. CONSTITUTION: A convensional offset printing press formed of an inking arrangement 3 and a damping device 13 can be changed over to a waterless offset printing press for dry planographic printing and, at a time of the changeover to the waterless offset printing press, the form roller 4 of the inking arrangement is directly or indirectly connected to at least one driven adjacent damping roller 14 provided to the damping device and the guide rollers 15, 17 for guiding damping water arranged on this side of the damping roller 14 are released from the connection with the damping roller 14 at a first separating place 18. |
