PURPOSE:To prohibit car drive when a seat belt is not worn and force the wear of the seat belt. CONSTITUTION:When each detection output is sent out from a seat detection circuit 1 for detecting the sitting of an occupant and a circuit 2 for seat belt non-wear for detecting the non-wear of a seat belt and it is shown that information from a car speed sensor 12 is taken in and a warning circuit 3 is in a warning state and a car speed is zero, vehicular start is prohibitted by stopping an engine forcely. |
