CONSTITUTION:Sparks are generated by fitting the four set shafts 3 of an electrode gap confirming device T to the four spark plugs P of an engine E, and the voltage at this time is detected and is displayed at each digital volt meter 11. It is decided that when detected voltage exceeds a predetermined allowable range, the electrode gap of a sparking plug P is excessive, and when it is less than this range, the electrode gap is too little. When the electrode gaps of all spark plugs P are normal, an overall decision OK lamp 12 is lighted, and when any of the spark plugs P is abnormal, an overall decision NG lamp 13 is lighted. |
