The invention is designed for the hotel and catering sector for dispensing beverages contained in bottles. The bottles are fitted with a pourer provided with a seal, after which the beverage can be dispensed solely by means of the activator ring, both the price and the quantity being thereby determined automatically. The system prevents fraud in the hotel and catering sector and operates more quickly for the waiter, while the restaurateur is provided with turnover details.
