Synthetic wood material is produced by (A) adding 10g of urea resin adhesive to 100g of a mixture containing 45g of rice straw (or barley straw) crushed 3.5cm long, 33g of waste paper (or paper sludge) crushed 0.1-0.5cm long and 22g of saw dust (or waste wood) crushed 70-80 mesh ; (B) leaving the mixture in the atomosphere for 20-30 mins ; and (C) press molding it at the temperature of 150-200 deg.C and the pressure of 150-200 Kg/cm2. Water of the mixture is evaporated at 60-70 deg.C in a preheating furnace.
