PURPOSE:To improve performance by fixing a clamping plate to the central aperture of a substrate by using an adhesive 4 consisting of a curable resin or adhering and forming a projecting part consisting of the curable resin in the central aperture. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 of the disk is molded of transparent plastic, such as, for example, polycarbonate and is formed with the stepped central aperture 2 in which a large-diameter aperture 2a and a small-diameter aperture 2b communicate with each other above and below at its center. The clamping plate 3 formed of a magnetic metallic plate to a sectionally hat-shaped disk shape and a disk shape is fixed to this central aperture 2 by using the curable resin. The curable resin is used as the adhesive 4 and the clamping plate 3 is joined and fixed to the central aperture 2 of the substrate 1 by the adhesive 4. In such a case, the plate 3 is previously fitted into the large-diameter aperature 2 of the substrate 1 and thereafter, the adhesive 4 is applied between the inner periphery of the large-diameter aperture 2a and the flange 3a of the plate 3. The adhesive is then cured by irradiation with electron beams or UV rays. |
