The device for converting braking power to driving power of a motor vehicle comprises a first chamber having a pushing member for sucking and compressing air; a second chamber having a lifting member which is lifted by the compressed air and spring; a shutter valve for closing an exhaust port of the second chamber when braking; a sector gear rotatably connected to the upper portion of the lifting member around a pin; a first moving gear which is meshed with the sector gear and moves along a guide groove; a second moving gear coaxilally assembled with the first moving gear; and an idle gear placed between the second moving gear and a differential drive gear for transferring the elastic energy of the spring.
