A sliding portion (21) of a second part (2) is formed by a groove (21) open at both its ends. The slide (11) displays, in a transitional region (14) to a sleeve (10), a cross-sectional alteration which, at a predetermined position, prevents continued relative sliding movement of the sliding portion (21) of the second part (2) in a direction towards the sleeve (10). The second part consists of a holder (2) with a sliding portion in the form of a groove (21) which is upwardly open, i.e. directed away from the femur. The groove (21) is extended along the entire axial extent of the holder (2). |
