A hair care composition for stimulating keratinocyte growth and promoting regrowth of hair, characterised in that it contains 0.1-3 wt % of Minoxidil, 0.1-3 wt % of cyclodextrin, 0.5-10 wt % of a Minoxidil solvent, 30-50 wt % of an alcohol, and qs 100 % of water.
