The grill (1) comprises several slits for draining rainwater and is made of spheroidal cast iron. At the quill edge are fitted cams with inclined faces, gripping under the frame. At one long side, at least, the grill has a lifting groove. A first slit (3a) is open towards a short grill side, while a second slit (3b) is open towards the other short side. Both slits have approx. identical spacing (A) from the adjacent longitudinal edge (7) of the grill. Pref. six slits (3) are provided. The grill support face of the frame is fitted with a rubber-elastic insert.
