Double-glazing procedure for stained-glass windows

Protecting a stained-glass window, consists of forming an impression of the window on a refractory supporting surface, removing the surface glaze from the double-glazing panel and colouring it with vitrifiable coating materials. The coloured panel is then thermally moulded onto the refractory supporting surface and fitted to the stained-glass window surround.
