The method and the device find application in immunology, therapy and diagnostics of internal diseases, haematology, oncology, neurology, neurosugrery, radiation therapy, rheumatology, eye diseases, etc. The method is based on the principle of radial immunodiffusion. By it, agar gel is prepared having concentration 1-2% in veronal buffer with pH 8.3-8.7. It is left in room temperature for 18-30 hours after which it is heated to 100°C until complete dissolution of the agar and clearing of the mixture occur. It is dyed by aniline dyes in pale pink colour for IgA, pale blue for IgG and pale green for C3 and C4, it is placed in preservative, cooled until 47-52°C, antiserum is added, the content of which for IgG in 2-9%, from 1 to 8% for IgA, and from 0.5 to 5% to IgM, is mixed evenly and is poured on a levelled surface of a working plaque having film thickness of 1.5-1.7 mm. The open charged plaques are sterilized. After the gel hardness, holes with diameters 1-3 mm are cut. The finished immunoplaque is made airtight. The device consists of transparent basic body and cap which closes the basic body practically in an airtight manner. The basic body has the shape of a hollow truncated cone in which an working field is formed consisting of holes having the form of reversed truncated cone the surrounding surfaces of which are intersecting.
