The body care installation comprises an enclosure in which are arranged an air blower which jets projectiles from buses or tube around the unit. The projectiles may be foamy and are soaked in a soap or perfumed soln. The beads or jets are directed onto the body for washing, drying or massage, and a device is provided for recycling the projectiles.
