EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION AND CASTING OF METALS AND ALLOYS USING THE COUNTER PRESSURE-DIE CASTING METHOD

The device is used in metallurgy for the manufacture of ingots and parts of tool and complex alloyed metals and alloys having high nitrogen content. It has a simplified design and reduced overall dimensions and weight. It consists of a furnace autoclave with induction furnace, mould autoclave with a bottom tray and mould and runner tube. The furnace (1) and mould (4) autoclaves are interconnected by means of an intermediate cylinder (8). Heat insulation cover (10) with a device for feeding alloyed additives (12) suspended on mechanical drive (11) and locking (14) and cutting (15) devices and gas gate valve (16) are fitted inside the cylinder, mounted in a common framework and fixed to the base (5) of the mould autoclave.
