The shift-locking device for locking the shift lever is provided with a rotary bushing (40) for blocking disengagement of the positioning pin from the parking position part and a shift-lock solenoid (41) for pivoting the rotary bushing when releasing the shift-lock. The rotary bushing and the shift-lock solenoid are mounted on the base member.
