The bushing (2) is made of a ductile sheet material. It has at least one bearing cap (4) formed on as a single piece, for mounting the shaft (7) or axle (22). The bearing cap is a hollow cylinder, with an axial length greater than its diameter. The bearing cap either forms the bearing bush itself, or else it forms the bearing housing with at least one bush (6) located inside it.
