Building wall with thermal insulation panelling on solid wall

On the building solid wall (1) is deposited a hard foam layer (2), to which an outer cladding panel (3) is coupled. The hard foam layer is not supported by its full surface but is coupled via point or line-shaped sections (7) both to the building wall and the panels. Pref. instead of the panels another hard foam layer may be used and coupled in the above mentioned manner to the outer cladding panels, possibly over its full surface. At least one hard foam layer may have suitable perforations.
