POLYGLYCERINE POLYRICINOLEATES

摘要

The proposal is for novel polyglycerine polyricinoleates as w/o emulsifiers obtained by the prior art esterification of polyricinoleic acid with a natural condensation rate in the region of 2 to 10 with a polyglycerine mixture of the composition: glycerine: 5 to 35 wt. %; diglycerines: 15 to 40 wt. %; triglycerines: 10 to 30 wt. %; tetraglycerines: 8 to 20 wt. %; pentaglycerines: 3 to 10 wt. %; oligoglycerines: to 100 wt. %. The materials have improved emulsifying capacity.
