The device improves the confidence of image and voice quality, reduces the complexity of mechanism by multi head cap. The device includes the head caps(25)(27), the head arrays(15)(17), the head assembly(10), the image/voice recording processor(50) and the image/voice playback processor(60). The image/voice recording processor(50) has the A/D converter(42), the image signal recording processor(44), the error correction encoder(48), the record encoder(56), and the record amplifier(58). The image/voice signal playback processor(60) has the head array(17), the playback amplifier(62), the equalizer(64), and the detection unit(66).
