The method comprises the steps of forming a groove and an upper york part in a block; heating the block at a high temperature; lapping the contact side of the block; forming a metal film on the contact side; producing a gap material; forming the metal film on the gap material; eliminating the metal film and the gap material from the side; and forming the metal film divided by the gap in the block.
