A plastic lens has a base of the plastic lens, a primer layer formed on at least either surface of the base of the plastic lens and made of polyvinyl acetal resin, and a hard coating layer formed on the primer layer, the plastic lens further has a single- or multi-layer anti-reflection film formed on the hard coating layer and made of an inorganic substance.
