At least two holders (12) are positioned on a turning-block (14) pivot mounted in a rim bearing (19) and tilted vertically on the lifting frame (10). The turning block pivot axle, held in an adjusting disc is vertically adjustable. Each holder clamps the container at the end of the lifting path under a clocking bar with little clearance. The opposite sides of the holder has upright teeth (15) between which are cavities on one side, and on the other side is in the form of a triangular holder (16). The adjusting disc has several eccentrically positioned holes for the bearing pin of the turning block which is turned by a drive unit controlled by the electric control of the dump-type lift appliance.
