The air flow return stop comprises a swing flap (3) which consists of bending-resistant material. The flap is turnable about horizontal pivot shaft (4) which is located non-centrally above the mass and surface centre of gravity of the flap. The flap is convex in direction of the vehicle exterior. Grooves (8) with projecting seals are located along the contact area of the flap in the housing (2). The flap has an integral pivot which is clipped into a bearing (5) in the housing.
