<p>An image receiver for thermal transfer ink for tape printers which is used by being held in a cassette in a tape printer, and which comprises an image receiver body (10), and a parting agent (15) pasted on one surface of the image receiver body, and has a total thickness of 80-200 mu m, characterized in that, when the image receiver is subjected to measurement using a measuring instrument, which comprises a female member (1) having a V-shaped groove (2), and a male member (3) having a V-shaped projection (4) engageable with the V-shaped groove (2), and which has a roundness of 0.1-0.3 mm in radius at a free end portion (5) of the projection of the male member (3), with the image receiver held between the female member (1) and male member (3) and with a load of 30-2000 g/cm<2> imparted thereto for 10 seconds, the floating of the image receiver does not occur at an angle beta of bend (which represents a supplementary angle alpha of the V-shaped groove (2) in the female member (1) of the measuring instrument used) of at least 110 DEG . <IMAGE></p> |
