<p>PURPOSE:To integrate a complicated circuit efficiently by a method wherein an interface circuit between a CPU part and a gate array part is formed by changing the wiring mask of the connection of a latch circuit, a bus driver circuit or a flip-flop circuit. CONSTITUTION:An interface part 6 consists of eight flip-flop circuits and eight bus driver circuits. As the number of internal buses of the logic circuit of the eight flip-flop circuits 12 and the eight bus driver circuits 13 included in the interface part 6 is also eight, data transfer from a gate array part to the internal buses and latch-up and delivery of the data on the internal buses to the gate array part are facilitated. The circuit is printed into the gate array part by forming an aluminum wiring pattern. As printing of the circuit into the gate array part and the printing of the circuit into the interface part are performed in the same process, it is not necessary to add a special manufacturing process for the wiring in the interface part. Therefore, flexibility of a microcomputer can be improved.</p> |
