PURPOSE:To obtain a large damping force by forming a surface to be pressed-on the outer periphery of a peripheral wall positioned far away from a mounting surface than the top end position of a stirring portion projected into viscous fluid, forming a pressing surface 2 a mounting member, and pressing and fixing the surface to be pressed onto the mounting surface side by means of the pressing surface. CONSTITUTION:A damper 10 is mounted between members to be supported or supporting members by pressing the surface to be pressed 26 of a peripheral wall 18 formed at a position higher than the top end of a stirring portion 16, i.e., a position away from a mounting surface 25 by means of a pressing surface 33 formed at a height equal to a holder 28, to bind the damper between the mounting surface 25 and pressing portion 32. Since the peripheral wall 18 is thick and its rigidity is increased and the portion H from the bottom rear surface 24 to the top of the peripheral wall 18 is held and fixed firmly by a holder 28, the deformation of the peripheral wall 18 is suppressed even when the stirring portion 16 is deformed due to vibration and shock applied to it. By this, high viscous fluid 12 inside is stirred and fluidized sufficiently and large damping force can be obtained. |
