PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown and connection failure due to burning contraction during operation by composing an air pole of compound perovskite oxide shown by a specified formula, and including each one kind of rare earth group elements, out of Ca, Ba or the like, Ni, Co or the like. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of a solid electrolyte 3 is formed an air pole 2 composed of the compound perovskite oxide having its composition shown by a formula, and on the other surface thereof is formed a fuel pole 4, and they are formed on a supporting tube 1 which is porous and non-electron-conductive. In the formula, A means one kind of element selected amount Y and the group of rare earth group element, B means one kind of element selected among the group of Ca, Ba and Sr, C means one kind of element selected among the group of Ni, Co, Fe, Cr, Ce and Zr. The composition in the formula is made of conductive ceramics shown by a formula, in which (x), (y), (z) and (p) satisfy 0.02<=x<=0.04, 0.22<=y<=0.60, 0.88<=z<=1.05, 0<=p<=0.30. This composition is crushed into the powder of 6-8mum of mean grain diameter, and formed into a cylindrical shape, and burned. Burning contraction of the air pole during the operation of a system is thereby restricted to prevent the breakdown and the connection failure of a cell due to the burning contraction of the air pole. |
