PURPOSE:To provide a device simple in constitution, high in confidentiality capable of being applied in a user ID code control method in accordance with both of decentralized and centralized control types by providing a means registering a user ID code and a means registering an identification code corresponding to the user ID code. CONSTITUTION:The user ID code registering means 3 is provided with a registering means 4 for the user ID code (password code) as a first identification code and a code registering means 5 for a second identification code corresponding to the user ID code. The first identification code is mainly composed of numerals and used as the user ID code permitting the operation of a recorder by the input of the first identification code and in the registering of the second identification code, not only a numeric code but also the names of a person and a section, etc., can be used. Therefore, in a numeric code display in the conventional manner, it is necessary that the correspondence of the code with the names of the person and section is noted and they are compared. However, by such a constitution, this complicated work is not required. |
