PURPOSE:To provide a commodity sales register data processor capable of speedily and easily informing a customer on which commodity display shelf a commodity with a special condition to be the object of a discount service, etc. is displayed. CONSTITUTION:The processor forms the lighting fixtures (30A to 30F) of the commodity display shelves (110 to 113, etc.) displaying a commodity (10G, etc.) which is set-registered in the commodity data section of a commodity file 23F and is to be the set storing object of special condition data, to be capable of switching the mode of lighting. The processor is provided with a lighting mode switching data storage means 23D, commodity with special conditions discriminating control means (21, 22), lighting mode data selection control means (21, 22) and lighting mode switch signal output control means (21, 22). Thus, the processor discriminates whether there is any commodity with a special condition which is set-registered in the commodity data section of the commodity file 23F and whose special condition data is set-stored in a status section. Then, if there is, the processor automatically switchs the lighting mode of the lighting fixture of the commodity display shelves to a lighting mode corresponding to special condition data. |
