RELEASING PAPER, MANUFACTURE THEREOF AND MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE SHEET USING IT

PURPOSE:To obtain releasing paper for forming uneven pattern having fibrous sheet resistible to pressure molding. CONSTITUTION:Uneven layer 3 made of hardening resin is formed on the surface of fibrous sheet 1, on which filling treated layer 2 made of thermosetting resin. In the releasing paper, one side of the fibrous sheet 1 is fillingly treated with thermosetting resin 2. Further, ultraviolet curing resin is printed with screen printing process on the surface treated with the thermosetting resin 2 and irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to repeat the printing and irradiation in order to form uneven pattern by hardening for producing the releasing paper. As the ultraviolet curing resin, phosphasen compound is preferable.
