PURPOSE:To cool a manifold and to shorten the length of a support pipe by a method wherein the support pipe is divided, divided support pipes are connected to the manifold and a cooling passage which communicates with both support pipes is formed in the manifold. CONSTITUTION:Every support pipe 20 is divided from the intermediate position in the length direction, end parts of individual support pipes 20 are connected respectively to every manifold 3, every cooling passage 3b which communicates with both support pipes 20 is formed in every manifold 3, and a cooling fluid is circulated in both support pipes 20 and every cooling passage 3b. Since it is sufficient to connect a support member on one side to every manifold 3 between both support members, its length can be made shorten. Since the cooling fluid which is circulated inside the support pipes 20 is circulated in every cooling passage 3b formed in every manifold 3, every manifold 3 can be cooled effectively. |
