PURPOSE:To increase the construction efficiency in the fractured zone and secure the safety of the work, by raising a freely vertically movable protection frame higher than a TBM machine and providing a sheet pile in the clearance generated between the thrust track at the rear side of the TBM machine and the inner face of protection frame. CONSTITUTION:A protection frame 2 is hoisted up higher than the otter shell of a TBM machine body 1 and a first support is erected at the rear side of a rear sheet pile receiver 6 and a first sheet pile is installed on the sheet pile receivers 5, 6 and the support 6. Next, the TBM machine body 1 is thrust to secure the space to install a new sheet pile in the front half part at the inside of the protection frame 2 and a second support is erected at the rear side of the rear sheet pipe receiver 6. Next, a fresh sheet pile is installed on the sheet pile receivers 5, 6 and the support and connected to the rear existing sheet pile with connection bolts. Subsequently, a sheet pile is installed in the clearance generated between the thrust track at the rear side of the outer shell of the TBM machine body 1 and the inner face of the protection frame 2. Thereafter, the cycle of erection of supports, thrust of the TBM machine body, installation of sheet piles, connection with the existing sheet pile, in this order is repeated and the construction work with a specified length is completed. |
