PURPOSE:To attain group call only for a radio terminal equipment in a call area without increasing the load on a private branch exchange. CONSTITUTION:A signal multiple address communication equipment 32 of a private branch exchange 30 receives a call designating a group representative extension number of any of radio terminals (PS) 41-47 through an external line such as a relay 21 or via a call controller 31. The signal multiple address communication equipment 32 retrieves a database 34 to obtain radio base station accommodation position data corresponding to a call area number and a group number corresponding to the representative extension number and sends simultaneously the call signal including the call area number and the group number to all corresponding radio base stations (CS) 10. Each of the radio terminals 41-47 receives the call only when the call area number and the group number in the received access signal are coincident with its own numbers stored in advance. |
