PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for automatic music selection for 'KARAOKE' (recorded accompaniment) in which a user surely selects and plays a desired music by a single selection and enjoys the 'KARAOKE' in a pleasant condition. CONSTITUTION:Each music data selected at each 'KARAOKE' room 8a to 8c are transmitted by a terminal device 4 to a receiver 3 installed in a central control room 11. A selector 2 connected to the receiver 3 stores the data, the data are successively transmitted to an automatic music selection device 1 in the order of the transmission of each music data. After that, the music corresponding to the music data is selected from the plural video disks registered in an automatic music selection device. When the transmitted music data are overlapped as the same music data, the music data are stored by the selector 2, the music data are transmitted to each automatic music selection device in which the same music disk is registered in a prescribed order set in the selector 2 and the subject same music is selected by each automatic music selection device in the order of the music data transmission. |
