PURPOSE:To reduce signal noise, to enhance responce performance and to enable measuring high-speed rotating body data with simple handling by providing a pre-emphasis circuit and a de-emphasis circuit in a transmitting part and a receiving part by means of integrally forming a transmission movable part so as to make it small, providing a noise filter circuit and also providing a circuit where a call originating frequency is variable in a high frequency energy generator. CONSTITUTION:A straightening gage to be adhered to a part to be measured is provided with an input circuit part 26 connected by a cable, a modulation amplifier circuit part 27 and the transmission movable part which is integrally formed so as to be small by providing a transmission antenna in a straightening and constant voltage part 28. The modulation amplifier circuit part 27 of the transmission movable part 28 is provided with the pre-emphasis circuit and the high frequency matching circuit part 29 of a reception still part is provided with the de-emphasis circuit. The straightening and constant voltage part 28 of the transmission movable part is provided with a noise filter so as to reduce ripple noise. Moreover, an impedance can be synchronized by a guidance power source mainbody providing the circuit where the call originating frequency is variable in the high frequency energy generator 31 of the reception still part. |
