ELECTROMAGNETIC COOKING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic cooking apparatus in which the temp. difference between the central part and the intermediate part is small and which can perform uniform heating of an object to be heated. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic cooking apparatus is equipped with a heater coil 1 and a ring-shaped electroconductive plate 3, wherein the plate 3 adjusts the intensity of the magnetic field generated by the coil 1 in radial direction. The heater coil is formed by winding a conductor spirally for a number of turns. The conductive plate 3 is of such a structure that a slitted part 4 to tie the peripheral edge with the internal circumferential edge and shut the electrical connection between them is formed in a ring-shaped plate prepared by cutting off circularly the central part of a conductive disc of copper, etc.
