PURPOSE:To extend a period to be controlled out of one period for autonomous oscillation by inputting a phase signal to two or more gate circuits out of plural ones and controlling the oscillation phases of the signals. CONSTITUTION:Two NOR gates 101, 102 and an inverter 103 are connected in series to form a feedback rote and a signal is looped and autonomously oscillated. A phase control signal is inputted from a phase control pulse input terminal In1 to the gates 101, 102 to control oscillation phase. Thereby phase control can be executed in a period capable of controlling the phase of either one of the gates 101, 102. Consequently the accuracy of phase control can be improved by the use of a simple logic circuit. |
