<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the penetration of water into a building by providing a connecting plate having an opening part and closely. adhering to the opening periphery of the building side wall, a connecting projection part protruded on the outdoor side surface of the connecting plate and connected to an outdoor piping cover, and a bottom plate for blocking the bottom part of the connecting projection part in a position lower than the lower edge of the connecting plate opening part, and providing a drain hole on the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:A connecting metallic material 30 has a plate connecting plate 32 having an opening part 31 in the center, a bore side standing edge 33 on its inner periphery, an outer diameter side standing edge 34 on its outer periphery, a connecting projection part 35 protruded on the connecting plate 32, a bottom plate 36 for blocking the bottom surface, and a rib 37 thereof, and the connecting projection part 35 has the same sectional form as an outdoor piping cover 300. The bottom plate 36 is horizontally welded and fixed in a position lower than the lower edge of the opening part 31, and liquid-tightly connected to the lower edge of the connecting projection part 35. The joint frame of a joint device 400A is placed on and fixed to the bottom plate 36 to form a recessed part 38 between it and the connecting plate 32, and a drain hole 39 is provided in a position close to the joint frame of the bottom plate 35 to drain the water collected there. Thus, the penetration of water into a building can be prevented.</p> |
