<p>The invention concerns a procedure and a device for controlling the image of objects. An apparatus 3 for scanning the image of objects is pointed towards an object 2 whose external appearance is to be controlled. A first pair of flat mirrors 4 is envisaged, symmetrical with respect to the direction of aiming, each of which directly reflects the image from the object onto the apparatus, and a second pair of flat mirrors 3, each of which reflects the image incident on a respective intermediate mirror 6 which, in turn, reflects the image received on said apparatus. A digital processing section processes the images acquired in such a way as to reconstruct the superficial development of the object 2 and to compare it with a previously memorised reference image or sample image . <IMAGE></p> |
