a first power line which is connected to the circuit that is sensitively influenced by a connected noise and the first high density impurity diffusion region formulated by the impurity type same as the semiconductor substrate around the semiconductor substrate surface; a second power line which havs a noise source that is connected to the second high density impurity diffusion region; and a third source power line that has no noise source connected to the third high impurity diffusion region formulated by the different impurity type as the semiconductor substrate inside a well which forms the junction capacitor with the semiconductor substrate.
