A movable arm (1) supports the pedal on its external side and on the axle side , a transverse groove acting as a roller cage. The arm slides on another arm (2) fixed to the pedal axle which supports an eccentric (4) having a roller (3) which slides in the movable arm cage. A small gear (5) meshes with another larger gear (6), giving a two to one ratio, fixed to the pedal casing. At the time of turning the pedal , the small gear gravitates around the large gear and rotates the eccentric. The eccentric then, through its roller, activates the movable arm and elongates it to the front. It returns the arm to its first length in the low position, lengthening it in the rear position and bringing it back to its initial length in the top position following each pedal tun.
