The tube connection system, to build up a frame of plastics or light metal tubes such as for a trolley for the transport of lightweight loads, has a U-shaped clip (30) with its clamping strap section (30c) against the inner surface (25a) of the inserted further tube section (26a). The clamping strap section (30c) passes through a drilling (32) in the tube wall of the tube section (26) passing through. One leg (30b) of the clip (30) lies at the inner surface (25) of the tube (26) and the other leg (30a) is passed through a drilling (32a) in the tube wall of the further tube section (26a).
