The vacuum molding method is prepared for forming the plastic sheet into an one-body product e.g. bathroom ornament furniture. The method can increase the height of the mold wall. The method comprises the processes of establishing a mold on a base plate; laying the heated/softened plastic plate on the mold; sealing airtightly a gap between the sheet and the mold by moving the mold or the sheet; vacuuming the inner part of the mold, cooling it and separating the mold. In the method, an isolation wall in a shape of triangular cross-section inclined at 65 degree or so, is set around the base plate for airtight.
