Bicycle handlebars with independent pivots

The handlebars consist of two symmetrical halves linked by a central element(A). This element consists of a journal fitted in the handlebar holder, with fixing elements at the ends, to hold the handlebar halves fitted in circular holders (G). The handlebar halves can be turned or pushed inwards or outwards. The fixing elements can also turn on the central journal. There are splines in the fixing joint which enable the handlebars to be gripped firmly in the required position. There are markings on the handlebar halves by which they can be set so that they are symmetrical with each other.
