The sliding element (10) has a blade (18). It is movably positioned in a body (8) which, at right angles to a surface tightened by the blade, has an opening (12) containing the object. The body is in two halves each containing cavities for the sliding element and cavities for a pin (20) of the sliding element. The sliding element has a handle (14) and a blade holder (16). The end of the blade holder facing the handle has a slot. One surface of the blade holder has a cavity, near the slot, completely enclosing the blade. The blade holder has a pin fitting into a hole in the blade.
